Job Title: Baker / Assistant Baker
Location: Dubai / Qatar
Experience: 15 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (Overseas)
We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for preparing baked goods such as bread cakes pastries and desserts while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of items including bread cakes pastries buns and desserts.
- Assist in dough preparation mixing proofing and baking processes.
- Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Decorate cakes and pastries (for Baker role).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens mixers and proofers.
- Monitor stock of raw materials and ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage of bakery items and ingredients.
Salary: 40000 per month
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic to advanced knowledge of baking techniques.
- Experience in bakery production or pastry preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creativity in presentation (for experienced bakers).
Benefits
Required Skills:
Experience: 1 year for Assistant Baker / 2 years for Baker Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
Required Education:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery (preferred)
