To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers providing a
professional welcoming and efficient reception service that reflects AZMs
corporate image and values.
The Receptionist ensures smooth coordination of front-desk operations visitor
management and administrative support in compliance with Saudi workplace
security and data privacy standards.

Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet and register visitors; issue access badges per policy.
Maintain a professional reception area and notify staff of arrivals.
