ملخص الوظيفة
Core role
- Overall responsibility for lift planning & execution
- Prepares and approves lift plans method statements risk assessments
- Selects correct cranes rigging and lifting gear
- Ensures all personnel are competent and certified
- Has authority to stop the lift if unsafe
Key responsibilities
- Plan every lift (routine or complex)
- Identify risks (load weight ground condition weather obstacles)
- Coordinate between engineers supervisors riggers crane operators
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOLER / BS7121 / ADNOC etc.)
- Supervise or monitor lifting operations execution
Typical requirements
- Strong experience in crane / rigging / lifting operations
- Certification like:
- CPCS A61 (Appointed Person)
- OR NPORS / ADNOC APLO (GCC projects)
- Engineering or technical background preferred
- Ability to prepare lift plans & calculations
