Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and manage the overall sales function of a real estate company. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth developing sales strategies managing direct and indirect sales teams and achieving company-wide sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Set sales targets budgets and KPIs for direct and indirect sales teams
- Lead mentor and manage sales managers executives and channel partners
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
Revenue & Performance Management
- Drive sales performance to achieve revenue and absorption targets
- Review sales pipeline forecasts and conversion ratios
- Ensure effective lead management and CRM utilization
- Optimize commission structures and incentive plans
Channel & Partner Management
- Oversee indirect sales channels including brokers and agencies
- Approve broker agreements and ensure compliance with company policies
- Strengthen relationships with key partners and high-value clients
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns launches and promotions
- Work closely with finance legal and customer service teams to ensure smooth closures
- Handle escalations related to pricing negotiations and major deals
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management
- Ensure adherence to legal regulatory and company policies
- Support project launches and sales planning initiatives
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 815 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 45 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the OMAN real estate market
- Proven track record of achieving large-scale sales targets
- Excellent leadership negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Fluency in Arabic (English is a strong advantage)
