We are currently looking Senior Telecom/Collab Admin our Qatar operations.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support . Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
- Professional training on the relevant systems.
Required Special Skills :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven with well-developed leadership and team-building skills.
IP Telephony systems
PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines
ADSL lines
Voice recording systems
Video conferencing systems
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Customer (Internal & External):
- Handles efficiently & effectively the banks Telecom systems and services that extend to all users
- Maintains relationships with selected vendors for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services
- Maintains effective relationship with all other related departments & units to achieve the Groups goals & objectives in Telecom systems availability & monitoring.
