Creators Student Program- SPM (Product Manager Track)

Launch your career by joining the Student Product Manager Program (SPM) at Wix. Our goal is to develop the worlds next product leaders ones who dont just manage products but create them.  We bring on exceptional students and teach them how to research effectively understand data talk to users analyze competitors build a strategy and create product solutions all while leveraging AI as a core part of how they think build and ship.. Upon completion of the program youll become a full-time PM with continued mentorship for career development.

Program dates: August 2 2026 July 31 2027 

The program combines two core experiences that shape you into a Product Manager.

Bootcamp:

• Master product research strategy and execution

• Get assigned real tasks from day one

• Get close mentorship from senior product management 

• Expand your skills in UX design data analysis and technical thinking

• Learn to use AI tools to supercharge your PM workflow

• Create solutions dont just define them

Build Wix Products:

• Step into a real PM role within Wixs product teams

• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX Dev QA and more

• Take end-to-end ownership of real product challenges

• Continue learning and growing as you become a full-time PM

Qualifications :

•  Open to 3rd or 4th year students of any degree 

• Commitment to work from Wix Campus five days a week from August 2October 18

• Commitment to work from Wix Campus at least three days a week during the school year (min 22 hours a week)

• Ability to present your work and communicate in English at a professional level

• Hands-on experience building something with AI tools whether its an app a bot a workflow or a creative project. Show us you dont just use AI you build with it

We are Wixs Product Guild. We define the strategy and scope of tools and products at Wix then work closely with UX BA Design Content Dev and Ops to deliver the most significant impact and value. To do this we each own a Wix product research the market and understand our versatile user bases needs intents and emotionsfrom SMBs and enterprises to independent users agencies and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our goal is to ensure our users can build any site they want and be proud of it.
