We are looking for an Office Manager & Employee Experience to join our Tel Aviv team in a 60% position (3 working days a week from the office).
In this role you will take full ownership of our office operations and lead our employee welfare initiatives. Were looking for someone proactive and independent who can balance technical logistics with a passion for people and company culture.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations & Facilities
- End-to-End Office Management: Take ownership of the office routine to ensure an organized and productive work environment.
- Facilities & Maintenance: Act as the primary point of contact for building management independently handling technical issues and repairs.
- Vendor & Procurement: Coordinate with all office suppliers (maintenance catering equipment) manage inventory and handle all office-related purchasing.
- Finance Support: Assist the Finance department with opening Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking invoices.
- Subtenant Relations: Manage the ongoing relationship and communication with subtenants sharing the office space.
- Office Point of Contact: Welcome guests manage deliveries and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Employee Experience & Welfare
- Onboarding Logistics: Manage the operational side of new hire arrivals including workstations equipment and welcome kits.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute office events including happy hours holiday toasts and team-building activities.
- Milestone Celebrations: Lead the celebration of personal and professional milestones (birthdays work anniversaries etc.) with thoughtful gifts or events.
- Kitchen & Catering: Manage office snacks and drinks and oversee daily lunch programs (including Cibus management).
- Wellness Initiatives: Help implement programs to support employee well-being.
Requirements:
Specialized Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Experience: Previous experience in office management or a similar operational role. Experience from a startup environment a significant advantage.
People Person: Someone who truly loves people with a natural ability to connect help and create a welcoming atmosphere for the team and guests.
Proactivity: A get things done approach with the ability to take full ownership and work independently.
Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a 3-day work week.
Communication: Professional and clear communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Capacity: 60% position 3 working days a week on-site.
