Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing Asian cuisine menus
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain food quality taste and presentation standards
Ensure proper food preparation portion control and cost management
Follow health safety and hygiene regulations
Train and guide junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef preferably in Asian cuisine
Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
