Were looking for an International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tunisia. Youll work on international hiring processes end to end: sourcing interviews offers and coordination with hiring managers. In addition youll handle the HR administrative side: managing contracts and employee documentation supporting onboarding and offboarding processes maintaining accurate HR data
This is a hands-on role where accuracy follow-through and clear communication really matter.
What youll do:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for international roles
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Prepare and manage job offers and employment contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance
Act as a point of reference for new hires during their onboarding journey
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy
Handle administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding contract management probation follow-up offboarding)
Support payroll by tracking attendance leave and absences
Update HR systems and maintain employee files
Respond to employee administrative requests
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
Youre a good fit if:
You have 12 years of experience in recruiting or HR
Youre organized reliable and comfortable handling documentation and processes
You combine attention to detail with a human people-oriented approach
Youre able to handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality and accuracy
You communicate clearly and professionally
What you bring with you:
Fluency in English and French (Italian is a plus)
Attention to detail and respect for deadlines
