Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Executive – Service Admin to support the Service Department in coordinating daily operations within the oil & gas sector. The role involves handling service documentation SAP data entry scheduling support and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update service records (work orders job cards attendance time sheets)
- Perform SAP data entry (PM/MM modules) for service orders materials and job confirmations
- Coordinate daily schedules of technicians and field teams
- Liaise with warehouse and procurement for tools materials and spare parts
- Maintain proper documentation of service reports delivery notes and completion certificates
- Assist in client communication for service updates and documentation follow-ups
- Prepare service performance and utilization reports
QHSE Responsibilities:
- Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures
- Participate in safety trainings and meetings
- Report unsafe conditions and follow safety guidelines
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Industrial Management or related field
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in service administration operations or maintenance support
- Preferably from oil & gas / engineering industry
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of SAP (PM/MM modules)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
