Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National) to join our site supervision team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site mechanical inspections of equipment systems and components to ensure quality safety and compliance with project specifications and standards
• Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical installations including piping HVAC systems and industrial machinery
• Identify and document defects non-conformities and potential issues during inspections
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to address and resolve mechanical issues
• Verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively and in a timely manner
• Stay up to date with industry standards regulations and best practices in mechanical inspection
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as required
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all on-site activities

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical building services including installation inspection testing and commissioning
• Proven track record in HVAC plumbing firefighting gas and fuel system inspections
• Previous experience in engineering consultancies is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems components and material specifications
• Strong proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques quality control protocols and industry compliance standards (ASHRAE NFPA and local Saudi codes)
• Skilled in using inspection documentation and reporting tools/software
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and the project lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
• Willingness to work across various project sites within Riyadh and if required across Saudi Arabia
