- Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years in preparing drawings - High end Fit out working for 5-star Hotel projects.
- Immediate joiners with UPDA preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes.
- Strong design coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High-rise building experience.
- Fit-out and interior works experience.
- To design plan and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure that designs meet client requirements local authority regulations safety standards and project timelines
- Prepare architectural designs drawings layouts and specification.
- Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and budge.
- Coordinate with engineers consultants contractors and authorities.
- Review and approve shop drawings material submittals and samples.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
- Address design issues and provide technical solutions during construction.
