Overview
Responsible for managing all upholstery operations in the factory ensuring high-quality finishing efficient workflow and timely delivery of upholstered products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise upholsterers and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure upholstery work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Oversee cutting stitching padding fabric selection and final finishing.
- Coordinate with Production Carpentry and QC teams.
- Resolve technical issues and improve upholstery processes.
- Control material usage (fabrics foam accessories) and reduce waste.
- Maintain tools machines and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- 58 years experience in upholstery production including supervision.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics foam stitching and upholstery techniques.
- Ability to read furniture drawings and finishing details.
- Leadership organization and problem-solving skills.
