Job Summary

Overview

Responsible for managing all upholstery operations in the factory ensuring high-quality finishing efficient workflow and timely delivery of upholstered products.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise upholsterers and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure upholstery work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Oversee cutting stitching padding fabric selection and final finishing.
Coordinate with Production Carpentry and QC teams.
Resolve technical issues and improve upholstery processes.
Control material usage (fabrics foam accessories) and reduce waste.
Maintain tools machines and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

58 years experience in upholstery production including supervision.
Strong knowledge of fabrics foam stitching and upholstery techniques.
Ability to read furniture drawings and finishing details.
Leadership organization and problem-solving skills.
