-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT/software sector.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
-Understand client needs and propose tailored IT/software solutions.
-Collaborate with marketing product and delivery teams to create proposals and pitches.
-Prepare and present business proposals RFP responses and technical solutions.
-Track and achieve sales targets revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
-Monitor industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
-Negotiate contracts pricing and service-level agreements with clients.
-Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings.
-Provide regular reports on sales pipeline opportunities and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business IT Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development sales or account management in IT/software solutions.
- Strong understanding of software products IT solutions and enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
