ملخص الوظيفة
-Handle recruitment onboarding attendance leaves and employee records.
-Coordinate monthly payroll with finance and department heads.
-Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.
-Support training coordination and employee relations tasks.
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
-Prepare and submit all legally required company documents and follow through until completion.
Requirements
-13 years of experience in HR field.
-Bachelors in HR Business Psychology or related field.
-Experience in F&B Retail and Hospitality industries is preferred.
-Recruitment HR systems communication documentation time management conflict resolution and strategic planning skills.
-Detail-oriented organized strong problem-solving.
