Content Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and onboarding qualified trainers and content partners evaluating course ideas and coordinating course development to ensure high-quality timely and market-relevant learning content for the eyouth learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach qualified trainers subject matter experts and content partners.
- Present eyouths model and onboard instructors according to content standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate proposed course ideas and ensure alignment with strategic learning categories.
- Coordinate with instructors during the course preparation phase (outline materials structure).
- Ensure all required documents (agreements forms content checklists) are completed.
- Follow up on course production timelines and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Work closely with the academic and production teams to maintain content quality standards.
- Track the content acquisition pipeline and provide periodic reports on onboarding progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in content acquisition partnerships business development or learning/content-related roles.
- Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Prior experience in EdTech platforms online learning or digital content companies (preferred).
- Experience in sourcing and onboarding trainers or subject matter experts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English written and spoken.
- Strong coordination and time management skills.
