Role overview:
Focuses on ensuring adherence to governance mechanisms and coordinating cross-stakeholder governance efforts
Key objectives:
- Enhancing transparency and ensuring accountability and effective decision-making execution
- Facilitating structured coordination between government entities regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders
- Overseeing compliance with governance policies regulatory requirements and strategic mandates
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to governance structures and mechanisms supporting optimal decision-making processes for execution
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders facilitating collaboration and streamlining governance processes
- Standardize governance frameworks and document best practices ensuring clarity and effective communication across all stakeholders
- Oversee overall activity execution by owners facilitation of working groups and deployment of the advisory committee on demand
- Coordinate assurance efforts related to the implementation
Hard skills:
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Knowledge of national and international cybersecurity governance best practices
Soft skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Effective communication and policy advocacy skills
Education:
- Degree in Law Public Policy Governance Cybersecurity or a related field
- Experience in cybersecurity governance or government institutions is preferred
Work experience:
- 6 years of experience in cybersecurity governance or regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience in stakeholder coordination working with government entities regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
