Assistant Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaker, preferably female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of restaurants or bars/ room service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality hygiene and customer service.
• Supervise and train F&B staff fostering a positive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries complaints and feedback professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support budgeting cost control and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports on sales staff performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 35 years of experience in F&B operations preferably in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
