- Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling email campaigns) networking and social media outreach.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify target sectors and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients understanding their localisation needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders at different levels.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation to contract closure ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with Operations Project Management and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Track and report sales activities forecast pipelines and performance against targets using the CRM/ATS.
- Keep up to date with industry trends language technology and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for service development.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales business development or account management; experience in language services or localisation is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office; experience with ATS or sales automation tools is beneficial.
