Waiter-Saudi only

We are seeking a professional and friendly Waiter to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

• Greet and seat guests presenting menus and making recommendations when appropriate
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are set correctly with clean linens china glassware and silverware
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items specials and preparation methods
• Answer guests questions about menu items ingredients and potential allergens
• Process payments accurately following cash and credit card procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally escalating issues to management when necessary
• Adhere to all food safety sanitation and hygiene policies
• Assist in opening and closing procedures including side work and restocking
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining good working relationships

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service in Luxury hotel
• Secondary education or equivalent
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Excellent knowledge of food service and etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian dining customs and etiquette
• Food safety certification (preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
