Job Purpose
To oversee and support the execution of project-based sales by managing a team of sales executives coordinating with clients and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Team Supervision:Lead and guide the project sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achievement of targets.
- Client Coordination:Maintain regular communication with clients consultants and contractors to understand project requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proposal Review:Review and approve sales proposals quotations and tender documents prepared by the team for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Sales Performance: Monitoring sales metrics preparing reports and analyzing market trends to identify opportunitiesandthreats
- Site Visits:Conduct site visits to monitor project progress resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation:Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and maintain accurate documentation
Education
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Project Management Business Administration)
Experience
- Minimum four years of experience in project sales.
