ملخص الوظيفة
-Lead civil discipline governance across large-scale projects (client/PMC role)
-Review/approve civil design drawings technical submissions method statements and shop drawings
-Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical issues with engineering recommendations
-Coordinate with MEP Architecture and other disciplines to ensure integrated delivery
-Ensure QA/QC compliance and report progress risks and technical issues to senior
Requirements
-BSc in Civil Engineering (mandatory) MSc Civil/Structural (preferred)
-1215 years total experience with strong PMC/Consultant exposure in design review & site supervision
-Proven experience on mega/large-scale projects (mandatory)
-PMP (preferred) PE License (advantage) QA/QC certification (preferred)
-Strong client-facing communication stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical specialization preferred). * 1012 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. * Strong experience in geotechnical investigations soil mechanics and foundation systems. * Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex ground conditions (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of piling systems ground improvement and excavation support methods. * Proven experience in design review and technical validation. * Strong coordination skills with civil and structural teams. * Ability to review geotechnical reports and foundation recommendations. * Certifications such as PMP PE License or QA/QC are a plus.
