Job description
Scope: Fulltime Employed
Model: Hybrid
Location: Tel Aviv
Responsibilities:
Content
Design and build a framework for outcomedriven documentation aligned with customer personas and real user journeys
Create modular content models that support reuse across products and integrations
Standardize integration documentation
Implement measurement systems to assess the impact of said documentation to reduce supportticket deflection
Track KPIs such as task completion rates and casetodoc ratios.
Maintain a feedback loop with Support Customer Success and Product teams to identify and address content gaps
AI
Design AIassisted documentation workflows for drafting and quality checks
Develop strategies to ensure accurate contextrelevant AI responses
Lead development of information architecture to improve AI retrieval precision
Advise product teams on creating structured AIready content using standardized templates and tools
Establish ongoing processes to measure and optimize content performance for AI agents
Job requirements
Qualifications:
Strong grasp of the cybersecurity landscape; deep IAM expertise and MFA policy design/enforcement.
Proven ability to design information architecture metadata schemas and structured reusable content models.
Background in technical support presales/solutions engineering or similar roles
Handson experience with AI systems including prompt design and iteration
Extensive experience producing structured modular documentation for complex enterprise environments
Able to lead endtoend content transformation initiatives
