ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team and support a strategic client this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth project execution strong coordination across teams and high-quality delivery.
You will be responsible for coordinating and tracking project deliverables milestones and action items while acting as the main point of contact for internal follow-ups and cross-functional alignment. You will maintain accurate project plans dashboards and documentation ensuring full visibility on progress.
The role also involves facilitating meetings documenting clear summaries and ensuring all tasks are followed through effectively. You will proactively identify risks blockers and delays helping the team stay ahead and maintain momentum. Strong communication with stakeholders in both French and English is essential.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Information Systems or a related technical field
- 25 years of experience in project management or project coordination
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp Jira Asana MS Project or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- PMP PMI-CAPM or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus
