CSTouch Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with three to five years of experience to gain valuable insights and hands-on experience in project management within the advisory sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist senior project managers and advisors in coordinating and managing client projects from initiation to completion. This includes creating project plans and timelines scheduling working sessions (workshops mentorship sessions meetings) as well as tracking progress to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project status addressing inquiries and managing expectations effectively.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives including market research and data gathering. Summarize findings and present actionable insights to project teams and clients.
Proposal Writing: Assist in the preparation of project proposals including conducting background research drafting proposal documents and collaborating with team members to develop compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes progress reports and presentations. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Compile interim and final project reports detailing progress achievements challenges and recommendations.
Invoicing and Financial Management: Issue invoices to clients based on project milestones and deliverables. Monitor project expenses and revenues keep track of cash flow expenses and financial transaction.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Resident in Lebanon.
