Administrative Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Manage correspondence (emails letters phone calls)
- Prepare format and file reports documents and official letters
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate meetings appointments and calendars
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation
- Liaise with suppliers clients and external partners when needed
- Handle office supplies records and general office administration tasks
- Support with cross-functional teams with administrative needs as required
Qualifications :
- Minimum 45 years of proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
- No fresh graduates prior professional experience is mandatory
- Experience working in a contracting or engineering firm is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
