Join HUED as a Senior Service Design Consultant!
Were on the lookout for an experienced Senior Service Design Consultant whos passionate about enhancing our client services and customer experience. At HUED youll be a key figure in our dynamic Service Design team using your expertise to shape and improve our service design offerings.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Engaging in empathetic research to understand user needs employing tools like user personas and empathy maps.
- Developing innovative service design concepts and prototypes to elevate the overall user experience using methods like ideation and prototyping.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear service design briefs and objectives.
- Leading cocreation workshops and design sprints employing techniques like brainstorming journey mapping and rapid prototyping.
- Crafting detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps to visualize and communicate service designs.
- Working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the effective implementation of service design strategies.
- Keeping uptodate with the latest trends in service design thinking and methodologies.
Your Background:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Service Design HumanCentered Design or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in service design customer experience design or a related area.
- A strong understanding of service design principles and usercentered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
