EICA Engineer (Electrical & ICA)
Responsibilities:
Design review and supervise Electrical and Instrumentation systems in STP/WWTP projects
Handle PLC SCADA telemetry and control systems
Ensure proper installation testing and commissioning of electrical & ICA equipment
Review P&IDs loop diagrams wiring diagrams and control philosophies
Coordinate with civil mechanical and operations teams
Ensure compliance with Ashghal standards and project specifications
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Strong experience in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) / Wastewater Projects
Hands-on experience with PLC SCADA VFDs field instrumentation
Knowledge of testing commissioning and troubleshooting
Familiar with international standards and local regulations
Experience:
Previous Ashghal Sewage Treatment Plant experience preferred

Knowledge: Basic understanding of insulation materials tools and techniques (training is usually provided for helpers). Team Player: Willingness to work under supervision and assist skilled workers. Work Conditions: Comfortable working in cold environments outdoors or at heights. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; basic understanding of workplace safety signs and labels.
