This role will oversee financial strategy governance budgeting and performance management while supporting business expansion and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support business expansion and operational efficiency
- Lead annual budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
- Ensure robust financial governance compliance and risk management practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve profitability
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support key business decisions and initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and performance management systems
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience within food or FMCG manufacturing with a proven track record in driving profitability optimizing costs and partnering with executive teams to deliver sustainable growth.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred
- 3 years of progressive financial leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing
- Proven track record in driving profitability cost optimization and financial performance
- Strong expertise in budgeting forecasting financial modeling and performance reporting
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive teams and influence strategic outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting business growth initiatives and operational transformation projects
