EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF Team operating across Africa Europe and the Middle East.

We are hiring Consultantsfor ourTCFpractices: Due Diligence Valuation Modeling Economics and Lead Advisory.

What We Look For:

Strong academic background (CES Révision Comptable CFA Financial Analyst etc.).
Strong analytical skills.
0-2 years of relevant experiencein transaction services financial audit private equity or corporate finance.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency inEnglish and French(both written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint etc).
A proactive mindset eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:
As a consultant you will:

Support the team in due diligence valuation modeling economics and lead advisory projects.
Analyze financial statements and identify key business drivers.
Assist in preparingdetailed reports and presentationsfor our clients.
Participate intraining and development programsto enhance your technical and professional skills.
