Job Purpose
You will report into the Branch Manager-KSA .As Account Lead Consumer Tyres you will be responsible for driving and growing consumer tyre business across the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaBahrain Yemen and Algeria. Based in Jeddah you will lead distributor and key customer relationships define channel strategies and deliver sustainable sales growth.
With a strong commercial and consultative approach you will identify and develop market opportunities strengthen channel execution and leverage market intelligence to achieve mid- to long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Market Development Consumer Tyres
Develop and execute Bridgestones consumer tyre market strategy across all key regions in KSA (Central Western Eastern Southern).
Work closely with distributors and key retail partners to assess market performance pricing structures consumer trends and channel effectiveness.
Monitor and respond to KSA-specific market factors including vehicle parc trends (SUVs and passenger cars) seasonality road conditions and SASO regulatory requirements.
Convert market insights sell-out data and consumer behavior into actionable strategies that support business planning and key account growth.
New Business Development & Channel Management
Identify and develop new consumer tyre business opportunities that deliver sustainable profitability for Bridgestone and its partners.
Expand presence across retailers franchise workshops and regional distribution channels.
Ensure optimal product mix size coverage pricing positioning and in-market execution across key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and major customers to drive brand loyalty and long-term growth.
Track and communicate competitor activity pricing movements promotions and new market entrants.
Research Planning & Reporting
Lead competitive and market intelligence activities covering consumer tyre portfolios key sizes pricing tiers and promotions in KSA.
Develop and execute annual quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with market targets and regional priorities.
Monitor market activities including new product launches seasonal campaigns and promotional programs.
Conduct market and retailer reviews to identify emerging consumer demand and new tyre size opportunities particularly in high-growth SUV segments.
Share structured market feedback with regional and global teams to support product planning and portfolio optimization.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education Master Other Certification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related discipline
Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Certifications in sales management channel management or automotive/tyre industry are an advantage
Experience (Years)
69 years of progressive experience in sales account management or business development
Proven experience in the consumer tyre automotive aftermarket or FMCG sector
Strong track record managing distributors key accounts and retail networks in KSA or GCC
Experience leading market strategy pricing and channel development
Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of consumer tyre products applications and size management
Strong understanding of Saudi consumer tyre market dynamics competitor landscape and pricing structures
Experience with sales forecasting budgeting and performance tracking
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and CRM systems
Ability to analyze sell-in sell-out and market data to drive strategic decisions
Language Skills
Arabic Fluent (spoken and written)
English Fluent / Business professional level
Soft / Behavioral Skills
