Job Description:
The Value Manager is responsible for driving value growth within the supplier facility by identifying opportunities supporting strategic initiatives and implementing performance improvement plans. This role works closely with internal teams and partners to monitor KPIs improve operational performance and support initiatives that enhance revenue loyalty retention and overall value delivery.
Main Requirments:
Language profile B2 /C1
Act as the primary point of contact responsible for driving value growth within supplier facilities.
Identify value opportunities and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
Monitor performance trends and identify value outliers taking appropriate action to address performance gaps.
Support and communicate supplier facility strategic initiatives including the development and implementation of promotions.
Generate KPI action plans in collaboration with onsite teams and value management teams.
Monitor supplier facility performance and identify value outliers.
