EWAA Hotels a prestigious group of hotels and resorts renowned for exceptional hospitality and quality services is seeking a talented and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our commercial team you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue profitability and market share across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and commercially astute professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. You will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of our properties including Grand Plaza Hotels & Resorts Al Muhaidb Hotels & Residence and EWAA Express Hotels ensuring we continue to deliver an extraordinary experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Develop implement and manage pricing strategies for rooms conference facilities and other hotel services to optimise revenue.
* Analyse booking patterns market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
* Prepare accurate and timely revenue forecasts budgets and performance reports for senior management.
* Manage and optimise all distribution channels including online travel agencies (OTAs) Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and direct bookings.
* Conduct regular yield and strategy meetings with the Sales Marketing and Operations teams to ensure all commercial activities are aligned.
* Oversee inventory management and ensure rate parity and accuracy across all booking platforms.
* Utilise the hotels Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS) to its full potential.
* Contribute to the overall commercial strategy by identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Revenue Manager in hospitality sector.
* A strong understanding of revenue management principles forecasting and pricing strategies.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
* Expertise in using hotel PMS RMS and channel management software.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Finance or a related discipline is preferred.
* Experience within the Saudi Arabian or wider Middle Eastern market is highly advantageous.
