Construction Manager(MEP)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager specializing in MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) systems to join our organization in Riyadh Saudi this role you will oversee the planning coordination and execution of MEP construction activities on assigned projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule within budget and in compliance with applicable safety standards and Saudi Arabian construction regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Oversee all MEP construction activities including mechanical electrical and plumbing installations ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors vendors and trade partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules identifying critical path activities and managing timeline adjustments as needed
• Monitor project budgets track expenditures and implement cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial parameters
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviews to verify compliance with design specifications and construction standards
• Manage safety protocols and ensure all personnel adhere to occupational health and safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including daily reports progress updates and as-built drawings
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients architects engineers and internal teams providing regular status updates
• Analyze technical drawings specifications and MEP coordination plans to identify potential conflicts and implement solutions
• Supervise and mentor construction teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian construction codes regulations and local authority requirements
• Troubleshoot construction challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum

Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP construction management or related field
• Proven expertise in mechanical electrical and plumbing systems installation and coordination
• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings specifications and MEP coordination plans
• Experience with construction management software and project planning tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets track costs and implement cost control strategies
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction codes regulations and local building standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Knowledge of safety management systems and occupational health and safety regulations
• Experience coordinating with multiple subcontractors and vendors
• Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
• Preferred: Knowledge of international construction standards and best practices
• Preferred: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
