Description
Requirements
- Own and manage the product backlogincluding prioritizing and refining user storiesepicsand themes.
- Ensure the backlog aligns with the product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with the development team to define sprint goals and estimates.
- Attend and actively participate in sprint planningdaily standup meetingsand sprint reviews.
- Clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the product.
- Analyze user data and metrics to measure the success of product features.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g. PSM I PSPO) or other relevant Agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe 5 Agilist) is a strong is must.
- Solid understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
- Experience working with user stories epics and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken are essential.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Technical understanding of the product domain is a plus.
