We are looking for experienced Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Representatives to join our team in Maadi Cairo. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in customer service or sales excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers resolving inquiries and promoting services effectively. The position requires fluency in French (C1 and English (B1 to provide seamless support to a diverse customer base.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Fluent in French (C1 & English (B1
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Graduates only
- Egyptian nationality
- Ready to start immediately
