Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee and manage multiple retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong operational sales and team management experience within the Jewelry or FMCG retail industry and a proven track record of driving revenue and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple retail outlets.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all locations.
• Monitor store performance KPIs and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards across outlets.
• Lead train and supervise store managers and retail teams.
• Implement sales strategies promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor inventory stock control and supply chain coordination.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
