- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and communicate the companys unique selling propositions (USP).
- Define and refine target customer segments.
- Manage surveys to collect market feedback to better understand customer needs and market trends.
- Propose new product or service ideas based on market feedback and industry trends.
- Manage the companys digital presence across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including testing and performance monitoring.
- Continuously improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance and search visibility across Google and AI search platforms.
- Optimize website content for target keywords and search performance.
- Create and publish weekly blog articles to strengthen brand authority.
- Ensure the company website remains updated and aligned with marketing goals.
- Build and maintain target contact databases for marketing campaigns.
- Support sales campaigns with marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns designed to support business development efforts.
- Develop a marketing mix with timelines.
- Develop messaging framework.
- Develop guidelines for graphic design.
- When required visit sites to capture photos and marketing content.
- Publish updates on social media and the website highlighting projects initiatives and activities.
- Collect relevant market data and expand the companys marketing database.
- Monitor marketing performance and continuously improve campaigns and visibility.
