In this role you will act as atalent attractionexpert andbe responsible forthe successful end-to-end management of the entire recruitment cycle from strategic planning with business leaders to attraction sourcing interviewing offer managementand candidateexperience.
You will be based in our office inJeddahSaudi Arabiaand you will bemanaging recruitments for ourofficesand factoriesin SaudiArabiaandacrossthe Middle East as well.

As our new TAPartner you will beaccountable for driving both proactive and reactivetalent acquisitionstrategy for your key business portfolios including:
Acting as a trusted consultantto hiring managers and business partnersregardingtalent acquisition strategies using yourexpertise dataanalyticsand market insights to guide direction and approach
Partnering with HRPartners and Businessto plan for future demandin the MEA region in line with strategic workforce planningcarryingout thenecessary talent pipelining/sourcingmethods to drive Hempels growth agenda
Being a key player in our currentTA transformationjourney using your experience and insights to help drive a varied range of project activity in support of our growth towards a world-class talent acquisition model
Acting as key custodian for candidate experienceand as an ambassador for Hempel externally
Conductinginterviews and assessments as part ofthecandidate selection process
Utilisingdata analytics insights and reporting to inform TA strategiesand alsoto drive continuous improvement in our ways of working
Are youan experiencedTA Partner who isstrong in building trust and relations
The ideal candidate hasa passion for delivering a good candidate andhiringmanager experience and you should have a proven track record of attracting and selecting the right candidates in consideration ofthe needs of the businessand perform as a great team player on growing together and achieving together.
Furthermorewe expectyou have:
Bachelors degree or equivalenteducation
Morethan5 yearsof experience inTalentAcquisitionwith end-to-endrecruitmentfromcandidatesourcingto offer.
Prior experience ofrecruiting forfactories/manufacturingin addition tocorporate roles is preferred.
Good experienceof hiring inSaudi andMiddle East locations and awareness of local regulations w.r.t to recruitments
Demonstrated experience in working with recruitmentjob boards sourcing local employer brandpromotionand talent pipeline establishment.
Prior experience of working with Workdayor similar ATSis a plus
Prior experience of workinginmuti-national companiesand hasstrong senseofcross-functional collaborationis preferred
Fluentspoken and writtenEnglishlanguageproficiency
Valid permit to work andresidein Saudi Arabia
