ملخص الوظيفة
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing commissioning activities to ensure that all building systems and services are tested verified and fully operational in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all commissioning activities for assigned projects.
Review commissioning plans procedures and schedules prepared by contractors.
Coordinate with project managers consultants contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth commissioning processes.
Oversee testing inspection and verification of mechanical electrical and integrated building systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications regulatory requirements and international standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning stages.
Prepare and review commissioning reports documentation and final handover packages.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in commissioning of large-scale construction projects.
At least 5 years of experience in GCC countries.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with an Engineering Consultancy firm.
Proven experience in Diriyah projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of commissioning processes for building systems (MEP).
Excellent coordination communication and leadership skills.
