We are looking for an experienced Service Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of solar and energy storage service projects ensuring on-time delivery operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple solar and energy storage service projects from planning through delivery.
Develop and implement project plans including scheduling resource planning work preparation and project organization.
Maintain up-to-date project status including milestones timelines risk management and progress tracking.
Coordinate with contractors suppliers consultants and regulatory entities to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead customer communication and meetings (onsite and remote) and provide regular project updates and milestone reports.
Monitor project budgets cost tracking invoicing and order management in coordination with internal teams and service partners.
Define project priorities and timelines while managing field and service resources.
Establish KPIs and maintain reporting and project control dashboards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Operations and Management to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Requirements:

Electrical Engineering Technician with a Registered Electrician License (Chief Electrician License mandatory).
Advantage: Electrical Engineer degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing solar or energy storage projects.
Hands-on field experience.
Experience leading contractors and technical teams.
Knowledge of floating solar systems and agro-solar systems advantage.
Familiarity with energy sector standards and regulations.
Experience with CRM systems Priority ERP and advanced Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong prioritization communication ownership and problem-solving skills.

Success Criteria:

Successful delivery of projects on time within scope and within budget.
High customer satisfaction.
Minimal post-launch issues (RMAs DOAs service calls).
Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
