As a key member of our organization you will lead and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while fostering strong customer relationships in this unique and culturally significant market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Create and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management
- Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards
- Contribute to product development and pricing strategies based on market insights
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities
Qualifications :
Saudi National preferably with a background or strong familiarity with the Holy Cities (Makkah and Madinah).
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
35 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate coach and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced negotiation problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting market analysis and performance reporting.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market customer behavior and business culture.
Strong understanding of the hospitality market in the Holy Cities including seasonal demand during Hajj and Umrah periods.
Experience working with corporate accounts travel agencies and key partners in the hospitality sector.
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the region when required.
