Key Responsibilities:
- Develop update and manage structural BIM models in Revit at LOD 400 and LOD 500 as per project requirements.
- Accurately model reinforcement and structural details based on approved design documentation.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage resolving issues with design teams.
- Implement and maintain BIM data structures in line with COBie standards for asset information delivery.
- Collaborate with architectural MEP and other discipline teams to ensure seamless model integration and coordination.
- Support the extraction of shop drawings bar bending schedules and other deliverables directly from the BIM model.
- Ensure all modeling tasks are completed in compliance with company BIM standards and project-specific protocols.
