ملخص الوظيفة
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following while other duties may be assigned thereafter:
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
- General ledger operations.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Assist with account receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with tax computations and returns.
- Assist in budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Account/bank reconciliations.
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Qualifications & Experience (Competencies Required)
- Educational Credentials
- (BA) in Finance/Accounting or other related field.
- CPA Certification (Chartered Public Accountant) would be an added benefit.
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 2yrs in Finance/Accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of financial reporting.
- Technical accounting skills.
- Previous experience of general accounting.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- Language Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly read and write effectively; in English and Arabic (preferably)
- English language level shall not be less than proficiency
- Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have a high level of computer skills
- Expert knowledge of integrated ERP systems is a pre requisite e.g. SAP Axapta Oracle or other
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word and Inventory software
- Other Skills and Abilities
- Ability to effectively work in a multi-gender multi-national work team; whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences
- Ability to travel frequently in accordance to operational requirements
- Excellent planning analytical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand interpret and anticipate operating environment
