Chief Accountant
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to manage overall financial operations
Responsible for ensuring financial accuracy compliance and strategic planning
Key leadership role contributing to the companys financial performance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the accounting team and daily financial operations
Prepare review and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts
Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records
Implement and optimize accounting processes using Odoo ERP
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
Monitor cash flow cost control and financial performance
Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit processes
Train and mentor team members to improve efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
Mandatory experience in the construction industry
Strong expertise in financial reporting budgeting and analysis
Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP system
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred)
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
