- Lead the creative team to develop engaging visual content and campaigns aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Guide the creative direction for marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all designs and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute creative campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee the development of creative concepts visuals and campaign materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and support marketing and business goals.
Requirements
- 710 years of experience in creative marketing or design leadership roles.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Preferred industry experience in Tourism Hotels or E-Apps.
- Strong expertise in brand building and campaign planning.
- Experience in art direction and creative strategy.
- Ability to manage creative budgets.
