Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction operations for the Lusail Plaza Towers Project. The ideal candidate will ensure that civil works are executed according to design specifications safety standards and project schedules.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site civil construction activities including structural works foundations and finishing.
- Interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and method statements.
- Liaise with project managers subcontractors and labor teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress quality of work and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects.
- Experience with mega projects in the Middle East is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
