Sales Account Managers are responsible for communicating the benefits of a companys products to drive sales and creating and developing business relationships with clients in order to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
Job Responsibilities:
- The Job holder is engaged in selling Government and Enterprise areas. They should possess high levels of professional written verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels. Furthermore they should keep updated the latest technology changes in the industry.
- To sell Office Printing solution / enterprise products & Digital solutions to Govt and SMEs.
- Direct sales to the Corporate enterprises B2B customers SME and other verticals.
- Increase the MIF in the allocated territory.
- Improve the skills to sell the enterprise products as a solution as deemed appropriate.
- To achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin while managing the development of new and existing customer base within the appointed territory.
Qualifications :
- Proven 10 years of work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in office automation sales (MPS MFP Printers Scanners Large formate).
- Should have Sales Experience in Handling Corporate & Customer Vertical like Banking Insurance Hospitality Education) for Printer/MFP Sales.
- Should have Experience/Knowledge to handle Managed Print Services (MPS) projects with Print Management Solutions.
- Hands on experience in sales process and can deliver excellent customer experience.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
Experience in handling sales for Xerox/Canon/RICOH/Konica will be added advantage experience in handling commercial print will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Should have good product and industry knowledge.
