Pass Technology, a leading software development company based in Cairo, Egypt, is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, maximize ROI from digital ads, and ensure accurate tracking and full customer journey analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Allocate and optimize ad budgets across channels
- Conduct A/B tests for ads, audiences, and marketing messages
- Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Analyze user behavior on the website
- Set up and manage tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API
- Manage the marketing funnel and enhance the conversion process
- Collaborate with design and development teams to improve landing pages and registration pages
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for enhancements
Requirements & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong background in managing multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization
- Experience with paid ads management, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API
- Familiarity with Marketing Funnels, CRO, and marketing performance reporting
- Understanding of user behavior and UX, experience in A/B testing
- Ability to manage large advertising budgets, analyze traffic sources, and grasp SEO and SEM fundamentals
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager
